To meet the needs of every customer, we stock a variety of decals. We generally use waterproof matte paper, but we also have decals made of other paper types and materials if needed. Please visit us to inquire.
What is your floral paper like?

How long can a bouquet be kept? Are they fresh? Can I pick the flowers a day early and use them the next day?
A.
All our flowers are freshly air-shipped daily from our suppliers. Because cut flowers often lose water during transportation, to ensure your bouquet is in top condition, we only collect our flowers the day before. After careful handling and conditioning by our florists (keeping them at 10°C and absorbing nutrient solution), we deliver them to you. We also add an appropriate amount of nutrient solution to the bouquets to ensure they absorb the nutrients for at least one day. Bouquets can generally be stored for 3-5 days in a cool, well-ventilated environment. To keep them in optimal condition, simply add a moderate amount of water directly onto the bouquet. How do I preserve my flowers?
How do I preserve my flowers?
All our bouquets can be placed upright. As long as they are placed in a cool and well-ventilated place and added with appropriate amount of water, they can be kept for several days. For more details, please refer to our "Tips for Caring for Flowers<span ""."
For other flower arrangements, such as flower baskets and flower arrangements, we've added enough water to keep the flowers in peak condition even the next day. If you'd like to preserve the flowers as dried flowers, remove the packaging and hang them upside down in a cool, well-ventilated place. After a week, the flowers will naturally dry and can be stored even longer in a dry environment!

If I am not satisfied with the flowers I received, can I make changes?
A.
We usually take photos of the flowers before sending them out and send them to the customer's WhatsApp or email address. If there are any errors, we can remake them for you and do our best to make each flower product according to the customer's needs. Since we usually make flowers on the day of delivery to keep them in the best condition, please note that any changes may cause delivery delays. Flowers cannot be changed after delivery. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Does the flower basket come with a stand and a greeting card? Does the bouquet come with a greeting card?
A.
All our flower baskets come with a tripod and an A3-sized greeting card. Each bouquet and flower arrangement comes with a small, thoughtful card. We can print or write on a message of about 30 words. For messages longer than 40 words, we can print and place it in an envelope along with the bouquet.
