Each of our floral products will be delivered by hand in a dedicated car. Flower baskets, decorations and other large flowers will be delivered on the After arriving at the scene, take photos for the customer's record. If you choose free delivery time, our delivery people will make appropriate arrangements based on the location, such as delivering to hotels, restaurants, performance venues, funeral homes, and open shops. We may deliver in advance or arrange delivery at the most appropriate time. . If you require special time arrangements, please contact us to provide the most appropriate service.
During special holidays such as Lunar New Year, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas and New Year, there will be special arrangements for delivery times. Generally, only one time slot is available for all-day delivery (A.9am-5pm). We apologize for the inconvenience.
Special locations where deliverymen are unable to deliver conveniently due to security or venue issues (eg.ICC, Kwai Chung Container Terminal, Yu Ching Heen, Hong Kong International Airport Expo or shops in restricted areas, some old tenement buildings with only password gates, Ocean Park, village house), we may have special delivery arrangements that require the flower recipient to assist in getting to the appropriate location (such as downstairs, at the entrance of the village, to declare entry into the parking lot).
If there is no delivery grace period when entering the parking lot of the delivery address, the driver may need to charge parking fees. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Disneyland parks must first register with the Disneyland Guest Service Center for bouquet collection service before they can be delivered. If not registered, the park will refuse to accept the bouquets, and additional fees may be incurred for returning the bouquets.
Since public hospitals have specific visiting hours, and newly admitted patients may change beds from time to time or need to move for various examinations, we do not recommend sending flowers to patients when they are first admitted, as the patient or the hospital may not be able to collect them.
Any address issues that lead to unsuccessful delivery may result in a second shipping fee, which will be determined based on the market price.

Delivery issues
Do you deliver to all places?
Our delivery service basically covers the entire Hong Kong. As long as there are roads and parking spaces, we can provide you with delivery services. However, please note that delivery services are not available at the following locations ：
1) New Territories area of restricted area
2) Country parks without road coverage or where vehicles are prohibited from entering
3) Outlying islands with no road access
If the delivery location is remote and difficult to find, we will call the recipient to make an appointment to wait at a landmark at the entrance of the village (such as the village hall, power station), and additional fees will be charged depending on the situation. We apologize for the inconvenience.
How long does delivery generally take?
Normally, orders need to be placed at least 48 hours before delivery. We need time to prepare the freshest flowers and arrange delivery.
However, in emergencies, we also accept same-day orders.
Same-day orders need to be arranged at least 4-5 hours in advance (you need to contact us before placing an order, and the delivery location is preferably near our store). If you need delivery before 8pm on the same day, it is best to place your order before noon and contact us in advance.
Moreover, since flower materials generally take two days to prepare, you may not be able to find the corresponding flowers when ordering on the same day, so they may not be fresh or of good quality. The earlier you order your floral products, the fresher the flowers will be on the market. So we recommend customers to place their orders as soon as possible. Especially flowers imported from foreign countries such as the Netherlands/Kenya need to be ordered at least 3-5 days in advance.
