Calla Lily
The calla lily is a common flower in bridal bouquets in Europe and America, symbolizing boundless love, undying devotion, and unwavering loyalty.
The calla lily also has a romantic story. In a village, a pair of lovers lived carefree lives, watching the blossoms bloom and fall together and enjoying themselves. However, the boy, driven by ambition, decided to ride off on horseback to wander far away. The girl, unwilling to be a burden to him, refused to try to stop him, silently missing him and praying for his return. Envious of the horse the boy took away, the girl eventually transformed into a horseshoe-shaped calla lily.
