Orders placed before 2pm on the same day
Collection available before 8pm (no specific time available; the driver will arrange).
Orders placed after 2pm, please select 8-10pm or 10pm-12am.
Flower basket collection only includes the baskets and stands; cleaning of the floor is not included.
Curbside pickup is available for street shops or where the baskets and stands are moved to the curb or parking lot (parking fees may apply). The driver can drive to the address and collect the baskets directly.
If direct access is not possible and the driver needs to walk to pick up or unload goods, they will be taken upstairs.
Flower baskets can usually be collected at the start of the concert.
If you require a later time, please select another time slot.
Please contact the organizer in advance to discuss arrangements.
If the organizer staff obstructs, flower baskets may not be collected and will be counted as completed.
We are unable to provide flower baskets on special occasions such as Lunar New Year, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas and New Year. We apologize for the inconvenience.
