In order to meet the needs of each customer, we have a variety of decorative papers. Under normal circumstances, we will choose Waterproof matte paper, if necessary, we also have decorative paper of other paper types and materials. Welcome to the store to inquire and choose.

What do your floral papers look like?

How long can the bouquet be kept? Is it fresh? Can I fetch flowers one day earlier and use them the next day?

All our flowers are air-freighted freshly from suppliers to Hong Kong every day. Because cut flowers usually break during transportation Water, in order to ensure that the bouquets received by customers are in the best condition, we will only collect the materials one day before production, and only send the flower art after careful processing by the florist and water maintenance procedures (stored at 10℃ and absorb nutrient solution) to the guests. We will also add an appropriate amount of nutrient solution into the bouquet for the flowers to absorb for at least one day. The bouquet can generally be stored in a cool and ventilated environment for 3-5 days. To maintain the bouquet in the best condition, just place it directly on the bouquet. How to save my flowers?

All the bouquets we produce can be placed upright, as long as they are placed in a cool and well-ventilated place and added It can be stored for several days with just the right amount of water. For details, please refer to our"Flower care tips".

For other flower products such as flower baskets and flower arrangements, we have added enough water to keep the flowers at their best even the next day. Best condition. If you want to preserve the flowers as dried flowers, you can unpack the flowers and hang them upside down in a cool and ventilated place. After a week, the flowers will naturally dry and can be stored in a dry environment for a longer period of time. Got it!

If I am not satisfied after receiving the flowers, can I change them?

We usually take photos and records before sending out flower products and send them to the customer's whatsapp or email address, if any If there are any errors or omissions, we can re-make them for you and try our best to make each flower product according to the customer's needs. Since we usually make the flowers on the day of delivery to keep the flowers in their best condition, please note that any changes may cause problems in the delivery. The delivery is delayed. The flowers cannot be changed after they are shipped. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Does the flower basket have tripods and greeting cards? Does the bouquet have a wish card?

All flower baskets we produce will come with a tripod and an A3 size greeting card. The bouquets and flowers will come with a small thoughtful note.
