如要更改款式、更改送貨地址或更改發貨日期及時間請在發貨至少 48 小時前 聯絡我們。記得附上您的 訂單號碼 ！如欲取消訂單，需在訂購後24 小時內聯絡我們。

花束可以保存多久？新鮮嗎？可提早一天取花然後在第二天使用嗎？How long can bouquet keep fresh? Can I take flowers one day earlier and use for the next day?
我們所有花材都是新鮮每天從供應商空運到港，因切花一般在運送途中斷水，所以我們會在制作前一天取材，作最佳的花材處理及養水(保存在10℃並吸收營養液) 。我們也會在花束內加入適量營養液足以供鮮花吸取至少一天。花束在陰涼通風環境一般可保存 3-5 天仍然保持最佳狀態，只需要直接在花束上方加入適量的水份。如有任何疑問，可聯絡我們了解更多。
All of our flowers are fresh from the supplier every day. Because cut flowers generally out of water during transportation, so we will get the flower the day before production. Place the flower in the best condition (stored at 10 ℃ and feed them with nutrient solution). We will also add appropriate amount of nutrient solution in the bouquet for the flowers keeping at least one day. Normally, Bouquet can be keep 3-5 days in a cool and ventilated environment. 怎樣保存我的鮮花？ How to keep my flowers?
All of our bouquets can be stood. The flower can be keep fresh for serval days by placing the bouquet in a cool and ventilated environment and adding water. Other flower products such as flower baskets and flower arranging, etc., have been added enough water to keep the flowers the next day to maintain the best condition.
If you want to make dried flowers, you can disassemble the flower packing, and hang the flowers in a cool and ventilated place. After a week, the flowers will naturally dry and can be stored in a dry environment.
收到花品後如有不滿，可以更改嗎？ Is it possible to change the flower product after receiving?
鮮花產品我們一般會在送出產品前拍照並傳送到您的 whatsapp 或電郵地址，如有錯漏，我們可為您重新包裝，一般我們都會按您的指示做好。我們一般都會在當天做好花品，請注意改動可能導致送遞延誤。發貨後的花品將不能作更改。
We will send pictures before sending via your WhatsApp or e-mail. if we have any errors and omissions, the flower can be re-packed. in general we will follow your instructions. We usually do in the day to do the flowers, please note that changes may lead to delivery delays. The goods will not be changed after shipment.
花籃有腳架和賀卡嗎？花束有心意卡嗎？Does the flower basket have a tripod stand? Does the bouquet have a greeting card?
所有花籃我們都會包括三腳架及 A3 賀卡牌。花束和花品附送心意小卡，可代寫最多30字左右的內容。如多於 40字的內容，我們可代印放進信封連同花束送到收花人手上。
