情人節前日及當日（2月13-14日) 送貨時間 為上午九時至下午五時，我們會盡可能早送到收花人地址。

跟據以往經驗，一般3點左右前就會全部送到。

Delivery hours on The day before and on Valentine's Day (February 13-14) are between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

We will strive to deliver to the recipient's address as early as possible.

Based on past experience, all bouquets are usually delivered by around 3:00 PM.

因情人節當日訂單眾多，為免延誤其他訂單送遞速度，如未能聯絡收花人及接待處拒絕代收，我們將放置花束在適合地方並聯絡貴客。

Due to the high volume of orders on Valentine's Day, to avoid delays in delivery of other orders, if we are unable to contact the recipient and the receptionist refuses to collect the bouquet, we will place the bouquet in a suitable location and contact the customer
